So I saw the first picture on my dash and could not be more repulsed/motivated. Repulsed because the ideologies in the first photo are wrong —you don’t destroy yourself to be happy. You improve yourself. Depriving your body and your soul of nutrients and fuel gets you nowhere.
Then, I was motivated to make the bottom picture. So many people have helped me become who I am today. I too, once used the top photo as “thinspiration”. I then learned that harming yourself is not the answer to anything. If I learned anything from this process, it’s to remain true to myself. Feeding myself and fueling myself with positive thoughts got me as far as I am today. Not negativity or body shaming.
MADE A 30 DAY SEPTEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE COLLAGE FOR ALL OF YOU! I’ve done this 3 months in a row and love making this for all of you and also for myself.
For the last challenge if you can’t do the deadlifts because you don’t attend a gym then just do squats instead! And for the pull ups instead you can pick something else (If you don’t go to a gym) to do like 50 push-up!
Enjoy the challenge and I know it might be hard for some people because school is starting but make time for working out! You can do it and don’t make excuses!! This is your time to shin and show everyone how strong you are. GOODLUCK MY FRIENDS :)

I also want you to know that you look quite silly trying to get that E brake off in the video surveillance that I got my hands on (and now the police have.)
But back to that title. I sure would like to meet you guys, you seem like fun-loving people.

If someone were to forcibly enter a woman’s house without her consent no one would go up to her and say “maybe if your house didn’t look so expensive this wouldn’t have happened, you should make it look less wealthy” so why is that if someone forcibly enters a woman without her consent they say “if you didn’t dress like a slut this wouldn’t have happened, you should dress more modestly”?why doesn’t this have more notes
Turkey Sliders with Zucchini Buns
These are seriously the cutest little healthy sliders that I have ever eaten! They’re fast to make and low in calories. They can work as appetizers or even main entrees, depending on how many you can resist. You can also play with the seasonings for the turkey to cater towards your own taste preferences :) I’ll definitely be making these again.
- 1/2 pound ground turkey, chicken or beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Dash of cayenne (optional)
- 1 large zucchini
- Olive oil
- Any other seasonings (optional)
- Combine the ground meat, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and optional cayenne
- Slice the zucchini into quarter inch thick circles
- Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini and place them on a grill to get some grill marks on them. A regular frying pan can work as well
- Form patties the same diameter as the zucchini slices
- Turn the frying pan to medium heat and fry the patties until cooked thoroughly
- You can add additional toppings to your sliders, including tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms, onions, mustard, etc
